Welcome to Eat Today. By using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Eat Today is an iOS application that helps you discover recipes, plan meals, and build shopping lists. Access to all features requires an active subscription.
You may only use the app for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass or circumvent subscription verification, is prohibited.
You are not required to create an account to use Eat Today. All user-generated data (saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists) is stored locally on your device.
Eat Today is a fully paid app. A subscription is required to access all features. Subscriptions are available as a monthly or annual plan, with a 3-day free trial on the annual plan for new subscribers.
Payments are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel, go to Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Eat Today on your iPhone. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the app:
No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
All content in Eat Today — including recipes, photography, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Eat Today and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the app.
Recipes in Eat Today are for personal use only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding nutritional information, allergen content, or cooking results. Always verify allergen information independently if you have severe food allergies. Eat Today is not a medical or nutritional service.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Eat Today.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
